What do Sponsors receive?

Bronze Sponsor (unlimited spaces available)

• Your business name and logo on an A4 advert displayed on a scarecrow as part of the Trail

Silver Sponsor (unlimited spaces available)

• Your business name and logo on an A4 advert displayed on a scarecrow as part of the Trail
• Mentions and links on social media

Gold Sponsor (unlimited spaces available)

• Your business name and logo on an A4 advert displayed on a scarecrow as part of the Trail
• Mentions and links on social media
• A link to your website from our website

Platinum Sponsor (9 spaces available)

• Your business name and logo on an A4 advert displayed on a scarecrow as part of the Trail
• Mentions and links on social media
• A link to your website from our website
• Named Scarecrow of the Day feature on social media

Main Event Sponsor (1 space available)

• Your business name and logo featured on all promotional content, including the Trail Map
• Mentions and links on social media
• A link to your website from our website
• ‘Sponsors Choice’ category, where you choose the a winning Scarecrow

Social Media Guidelines

• Once payment has been received in full, the sponsorship may be mentioned on social media.
• The sponsor may use the phrases:
  
  
  • “I am the proud sponsor of Scarecrow Number X the Lower Halstow Scarecrow Trail 2025”. Your relevant number will be provided once the map has been finalised.
  • “I am/We are sponsoring a scarecrow in the Lower Halstow Scarecrow Trail 2025”  

• Please tag/link to our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LowerHalstowScarecrows or Instagram account @lhscarecrows
• An official graphic will be provided for use.
• If the Lower Halstow Scarecrow Committee disapprove of any social media posts by the sponsor, or the resulting comments, then sponsor agrees to remove the post(s) on request.

Agreeing to Terms and Conditions

By submitting a Sponsorship Application Form, I/We confirm that:

• I/We are agreeing to be a sponsor for the Lower Halstow Scarecrow Trail 2025. 
• I/We agree to donate £25, £50, £75, £100 or £300 to sponsor a scarecrow, depending on the level of sponsorship chosen.
• I/We have the authorisation of the business concerned. 
• I/We understand that the invoice for the sponsorship will be paid immediately upon receipt.
• I/We understand and agree to the social media guidelines.
• I/We understand that I may not advertise the sponsorship until payment has been confirmed as received.
